You are paying for the STEP UP stretch down 4-Week Challenge.

Remember: You can pace your climb. You may do it in increments, meaning you can do for example, ten flights in the morning and the rest in the afternoon to evening.
FIRST WEEK
Climb UP 30+ stairs March 11-15 (Mon to Fri)
Stretch down with yoga once or twice a week, anytime.
Option: Walk A Mile+ on weekends.
SECOND WEEK
Climb UP 40+ stairs March 18-22 (Mon to Fri)
Stretch down with yoga once or twice a week, anytime.
Option: Walk A Mile+ on weekends.
THIRD WEEK
Climb UP 60+ stairs March 25-29 (Mon to Fri)
Stretch Down with Yoga once or twice a week, anytime.
Option: Walk A Mile+ on weekends.
FOURTH WEEK
Climb UP 60+ stairs April 1-5 (Mon to Fri)
Stretch Down with Yoga once or twice a week, anytime.
Option: Walk A Mile+ on weekends.
