You are paying for WALK + YOGA CHALLENGE October 15 to November 20 (instructions below). Tax included. Non refundable. Must use on Oct 15 to Nov 20.
Walk 2-3+ Miles for 30 Consecutive Days
- You must complete 30 days of a two to three (2 to 3-mile) or more walk.
Practice YOGA 3X a week
- Add yoga 2-3 times a week (schedule below and on website).
- You can start the week of October 15 and finish on the week of November 20. Plan your dates accordingly.
