​An all levels class focused on stretching to allow muscles to relax and lengthen, which put less strain on the skeletal system and reduces tension throughout the body. It is a slow-paced style with postures or asanas held for longer periods of time to help deepen, to build strength and restfulness in your yogic experience.

Cleanse the body and calm the mind. This class does not follow a set sequence of postures. Each class is unique and will vary from class to class, teacher to teacher. You can always expect a great workout combined with breath work (pranayama).​

This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures - a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.​  Prepare to sweat.
